OCDSB Student Survey

The OCDSB has designed a survey to be taken by all of the students in our school board.  The survey will be sent home to be completed by parents or guardians, for students in grades K to 6, while students in grades 7 to 12 will be complete the survey at school.  It is important to note that the survey is completely voluntary and it is confidential, - it does not include student names or numbers.   If you do not want you child in grades 7 to 12 to participate, you must notify the school in writing by the end of the school day on March 31st.

Copies of the survey can be found on the OCDSB website - survey.  It is available in multiple languages and can be translated on the site if needed.
